1. Fill in the form with as much detail as you can — references, ideas, vibes.

2. I will reply within 2-3 working days with questions to refine the brief, plus an indicative quote and rough timeline. We'll work on the idea together until we're both happy with the scope.

3. Once we've agreed the plan and price, a deposit to cover bits and kits books you in and lets me start sourcing materials. The remaining balance is due before shipping.

4. Now it's time to build. I work in stages and share at least 1 set of progress photos as I go. At this stage you can flag anything you want adjusted while there's still time to change it.

5. Once you're happy with the finished piece, I send a final invoice and upon payment of the balance the model gets packed securely to be sent out fully tracked and insured.
