We'll give you a realistic timeline as part of the quote process. We give every order the care and attention it deserves and orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Once you're booked in the next update will be to let you know your creation has hit the desk.

There are excellent painters out there for that.  Our focus is on the build - creating a unique miniature, that tells a story and truly stands out from a standard model that you'd expect to see in a collection or on the tabletop. We do have a list of painters we work closely with however that we'd be happy to share with you.

Yes! We love to work with kits or any gourmet bits you may have already, just let us know at the quote stage and we can adjust the materials cost accordingly. We will then provide you with a postal address once a deposit is received.

Building not your thing? We don't just kitbash- we also provide a full building service, this can be done totally to the book or with a few tweaks such as swapping out shoulder pads/altering poses a little to give your project a unique twist.

We love a full army - no job is too big. As you can imagine, these need a lot of extra planning and time and therefore usually get spread out over a much longer lead time - all discussed at the quote stage.

Custom bases are included as standard. We want your model to look perfect and we believe pose and dynamic movement is a huge part of the custom build experience. We take great pride in posing and basing using a mixture of cork and sand so your order arrives to you ready to prime and paint straight out the box. If you have your own bases to match the rest of your infantry then please let us know at the quoting stage.

That's fine. The conceptual stages are half the fun so send over your rough idea or inspiration and we can work out the rest together.

Every project is bespoke, so there's no fixed price list but we will always give you a clear quote before you commit to anything.   This will include the cost for the build and also the cost of any bits and kits and delivery too.

Yes we do. Postage prices vary depending on your region and this is calculated upfront at the quote stage. Any local taxes and import fees are payable by the customer. UK orders are sent fully tracked on a 48 hour service. International orders are sent fully tracked, with timing depending on destination.

If you're ordering from the store then shipping will be calculated at the checkout. For custom orders we will work out the shipping costs based on the size and weight of your item and this will be made clear at the quote stage.

Each pre order will have the terms of shipping detailed in the description. Following the end date of the pre order the products go into production and are shipped out to you within two weeks.
